You can access all of our wellness program activities like your LabCorp Health Screening form, Hinge Health, Tobacco Free, virtual care, behavioral health resources and peer-to-peer challenges through anthem.com or the Sydney Health app.

Once you complete your health screening with a blood draw, your results will be visible on anthem.com or in the Sydney Health app by selecting the LabCorp tile. (If your screening is completed by the Worthington Industries Medical Center, your results will not be visible on anthem.com or in the Sydney Health app. They will be mailed or emailed to you based on your preference.)

That’s why completing a health screening with a blood draw will continue to be the only requirement for employees and spouses to waive the $40 monthly No-to-Wellness Surcharge.

Changing our wellness year to coincide with the calendar year means the annual blood draw deadline will be Dec. 1. To avoid the No-to-Wellness Surcharge in 2026, you and your covered spouse can complete your health screening with a blood draw between Oct. 1, 2024, and Dec. 1, 2025.

As a new employee, your requirements are based on the date your benefits coverage begins.

If your coverage begins:

• Before or on January 1, 2025: You are required to complete the health screening with a blood draw to avoid the surcharge.
• January 2, 2025, or later: You are not required to complete the health screening with a blood draw this year; the surcharge is automatically waived.
